The Crypto community loves to discuss and share their point of view on the social media platform Twitter. Dogecoin’s fan and CEO of Twitter, Elon Musk is working with the goal to make to improve Twitter’s ecosystem and give users more freedom of speech.
In a tweet made on Dec. 11, Elon hinted about the upcoming barrier for the bot accounts, saying “The bots are in for a surprise tomorrow”.

After the tweet, an explanation came forward saying they’ve found a small number of people behind a large number of bot accounts and the social media platform will be shutting down IP addresses of “known bad actors.” And if scammers try to circumvent IP addresses the social media platform will “shut them down as soon as they show up”.
Many people including the Founder of Ethereum Vitalik Buterin supported this decision saying Twitter seems to be better after Elon’s takeover but still he is not in a condition where he can talk about this thing with significant clarity because of the current situation in the crypto sector.

Some have reported that the bot responses can still be seen in the posts, but the platform is removing them instantly.
Moreover, in his latest post, Elon also hinted that Twitter will take legal action against scammers in the coming future, though he didn’t share many details on the matter.
